- Why isn't my account data being linked?
- Game servers have been separated based on the platform/region after the maintenance on August 28 (PT).
- Previously used game data will be generated in each server at the point of the server separation, and you can access the game from each server based on the environment where you are logging in.
- Note that data won't be linked between the two servers after the server separation.
- How do I use a coupon?
- The Redeem Coupon page on the Nexon website is no longer available after the maintenance on August 28 (PT). You can redeem in-game via the in-game redemption function in the [Settings - Manage Account - Apply Coupon] menu.
- Note that coupons will no longer be applied on the iOS platform in accordance with the platform's policy which limits the use of coupons in-game.
- When does the weekly limit for Lucci reset?
- You can obtain up to 30,000 Lucci by playing KartRider: Drift, and any further Lucci acquired after hitting the limit will be reduced by 50%
- * Weekly Lucci obtaining amount resets on 12:00 PM UTC.
- Non-typical Lucci rewards such as Racing Pass, Events, and Coupons are not counted towards the Weekly Lucci Acquisition Limit.
- Why isn't my race recorded as a Time Attack record and why doesn't a shadow display?
- When using the [Track Practice] feature in Time Attack mode, the record won't be added as one of the Time Attack records and a shadow isn't shown.
- If you have previous gameplay records, your High Score/ Ranking period High Score will display, along with a shadow.
- Why did my 'Your Best' Time Attack change?
- The 'High Score' in Time Attack is saved to the device you use to play KartRider: Drift.
- If you are enjoying KartRider: Drift on multiple platforms, the 'High Score' may differ depending on the device you are using at that time.
- No matter which platform you play, your ranking period High Scores are safe with us! They're saved on the server, so you'll see the same impressive score no matter which platform you use.
- Why isn't my Time Attack ranking info being updated?
- Time Attack's Ranking information does not get updated real-time. Updates will occur at 12:00 AM UTC.
- However, the records will be applied real time to your gameplay device, allowing players to check the Ranking period High Score.
- Ranking period High Score and Time Attack Rankings will only be applied during Ranking period. Also please note the records will be reset as the Ranking period begins.
- My High Score can be updated regardless to Ranking period, and will not be reset.
- Can you tell me more about the Time Attack [Track Practice] feature?
- You can practice specific sections of a track repeatedly with the [Track Practice] feature in Time Attack mode or you can view the shadow's driving for reference.
- [How to Repeatedly Practice a Specific Section]
- 1. Select the 'start point' for the section you want to practice.
- 2. Save the 'end point' for the section you want to practice.
- 3. Reset the start/end point of the practice section.
- Once the start/end point of a section of the track has been set, upon driving through the end point, you will automatically be moved to the start point.
- * However, certain sections won't be able to be set as start/end points.
- You can change the time with the Space bar (PC) outside of repeated practice of a section of a track.
- You can shift to the shadow's POV while changing the time, and you can then see the shadow's button inputs and race path.
- [How to Repeatedly Practice a Specific Section]
- You can practice specific sections of a track repeatedly with the [Track Practice] feature in Time Attack mode or you can view the shadow's driving for reference.
- Why won't my replays save?
- If your replay did not save properly, please check below.
- You must change the replay save setting to 'Use' in [Settings - Common - Reply]
- Only games that have ended normally are saved as replays. Replays of games exited prematurely are not kept.
- Saving replays might fail if the lap time is too long.
- Since the 'RISE' update on Feb. 14, 2024 (PT), we temporarily suspended replay feature for Item Mode. Item Mode currently does not support replay.

- Can you tell me about the Personal Shop?
- You can use Personal Shop to buy past items that were previously on sale by using Mileage or K-COIN.
- The list of available items renews every 24 hours, which you can manually update immediately by using 100 Mileage.
- After manual updates, the next automatic update will occur 24 hours later.
- Why am I unable to use chat?

If you are unable to use chat, it is possible you have been banned from chat. If any abusive chat is found in KartRider: Drift, that player is banned to keep the chat clean.

- 2nd occasion: 7-day chat ban
- 3rd occasion: 15-day chat ban
- 4th occasion: 30-day chat ban

- Can you tell me about Character Skills?
- Characters in KartRider: Drift have their own inherent skills.
- Character Skills can only be used in Item Mode and are divided into active skills and passive skills.
- To learn more about Character Skills, check out the Character Skills Guide.
- Can you tell me about Racing Boxes?
- Racing Boxes are used to obtain various items.
- You can purchase Racing Boxes like the All-in-One Boxes and Kart Set Box from the Shop.
- You can obtain Racing Boxes like the Special Outfit Box from events, or Plus Boxes by exchanging any remaining Trophies for them after collecting all Racing Pass items.
- If you get a duplicate of an item you already own from a Racing Pass box, you will get Mileage instead. You can head to Shop > Personal Shop to buy items with Mileage. See the question below for more details about Mileage products.
- Why can't I use Whisper?
- There are two cases of Whisper not working correctly.
- You cannot Whisper to non-friend Racer.
- You cannot Whisper any player you blocked.
- Try adding friends or unblocking if your Whisper isn't working correctly.

- Can you tell me about Mileage?
- You'll get Mileage when you get duplicate items from the Plus Boxes available from Racing Passes, the Shop, events, and more. You can see what you can buy with Mileage in the Shop > Other Products, and you can see how much Mileage you have in real-time in the game.
- Items purchasable with Mileage can only be purchased with Mileage or K-COIN.
- Can you tell me about Tune Ups?
- Tune-Ups allow you to configure helpful options for your races.
- There are Tune-Up options with different maximum values applied based on each Kart, and the options have following effects.
- You can view details on the Tune-Up option stats for each Kart from the [Kart Encyclopedia].
- Why are my Trophies gone?
- Trophies gained from Racing Pass Weekly Challenges and daily reward events can be used while that Racing Pass is valid, and Trophies you acquire will be deleted when the pass expires.
- Use Trophies by exchanging them for items before the event ends.
- All Racing Pass items can be exchanged for Plus Boxes. If you get a duplicate item from a Racing Box, you'll get Mileage instead.

- Can you tell me about the matchmaking system?
- Matchmaking includes general matchmaking at first and then provides the opportunity for a rematch with players you've already matched with after a race ends. You can select one of the two.
- When first matching, 8 players move to the Matching Stage together, and you have 30 seconds there to see the track and change your character or kart.
- The race will start immediately if all Racers are ready.
- You can go to [Settings - General - Matching] and toggle Auto-Ready (ON/OFF).
- When a race is over, you can choose to do a rematch with Racers in that finished race. (However, rematches are not available in Solo Mode).
- 1) After the first matched race ends, you can vote on whether to rematch.
- 2) If the number of people wanting a rematch is 2 or more, an additional round of matching will proceed for 1 minute based on the racers that voted in favor.
- Any Racers that did not vote will be moved to the Lobby.
- 3) If matching isn't finished in 1 minute, there will be another vote for those left.
- 4) If the majority vote yes, the game will start with AI; if not, all Racers will be moved to the Lobby.
- Why is my Drift Assist missing?
- Drift Assist will be unavailable after he 'RISE' update on Feb. 14, 2024 (PT).
- Instead, you can change options that affect driving using the new Kart Tune Up System. For more details on the Tune Up System, see the Tune Up question above.
- Why is my Drift Exit Compensation missing?
- You can set up Drift Exit Compensation in the Kart Tune Up System settings.
- The Tune Up System's Long Slide Drift Sustainability option is the Drift Exit Compensation feature.
- Set these options as you like by allocating Gears.
- Why can't I see the character I bought?
- You can see newly obtained characters by changing characters in the Garage.
- Garage > Characters > Select the character whose outfit you want to change > Select an outfit at the upper right > Change outfit
- How can I report a bug I found in the game?
- If you find a bug while playing KartRider: Drift, please report it to our Player Support team. We'll do our best to check promptly and fix the bug.
- What should I do if I meet a malicious player?
- If you encounter a malicious player in the game, you can report them through the game's report feature, using the methods below.
- To report while preparing for custom race matchmaking:
- Click the person you want to report and tap the Report button.
- Reporting from the lobby screen:
- Click the Report button in the lobby menu.
- The list of players you have played with most recently is displayed, and you can click the person you want to report.
- Select a reason for the report and write a detailed description of the situation to submit the report.
- If you activate the Block button when submitting the report, the person will be blocked.

- Report through Search in the Social menu:
- Click the Add Friend button in the Social menu.
- Report abusive chat:
- To report abusive chat, click the Report button at the bottom left of the chat window.
- Report limits:
- The number of reports you can make is limited to prevent malicious use.
- No more than 10 reports in one minute.
- No more than 5 reports of the same user.

- If you encounter a malicious player in the game, you can report them through the game's report feature, using the methods below.
- How do I change my opponent?
- You can only match with other racers in matchmaking. You can choose Solo or Squad Mode. Once 8 racers have gathered after selecting a game mode, you will move to the Matching Stage.
- When matchmaking ends, you can vote to continue matchmaking.
- Can you tell me about PlayStation Plus subscription benefits?
- What is the block feature?
- This feature blocks that player from certain activities or communication.
- Cannot play in the same party or in custom races
- Voice chat blocked (two-way blocked)
- Cannot add as friend
- Cannot matchmake in Multiplayer
- This feature blocks that player from certain activities or communication.
- What is a Livery?
- Livery is a feature that lets you design your kart body in different ways.
- You can enjoy racing in your own unique kart with custom wrap and decals.
- However, please keep in mind that you can't use Livery to modify some karts or decals from certain in-game events or collaborations.
- What can I do if there's an inappropriate decal listed in the Market?

- Why am I experiencing frequent game crashing?
- Crashing may occur in the following cases:
- Your network connection is unstable
- There is a conflict with other programs
- Your device has a virus or malicious code
- Your device specs are not high enough for the game. Here are the System Requirements.

- How to temporarily resolve crashing:
- Close all running programs except KartRider: Drift
- Connect your computer directly to your router using an Ethernet cable
- Update or do a full scan with your antivirus program to check for and remove viruses or malicious code
